In case you are all wondering, no I didn't shrink- Dan (second in from the left) is six feet, six inches tall. Being just over six feet tall myself, I never felt short until last summer. Also, yes Tim (second in from the right) does have arms.

We had a really good crew last summer. Everyone was hard working and well qualified. It was a pleasure to work with the people at the Alaska Bird Observatory.
